Product Information
Every Mahro product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches in British Columbia.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, finish, fragrance, and appearance may naturally occur. These variations are part of the unique character of each product and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Mahro reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders placed due to pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout where required.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our home fragrance products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@mahro.ca within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
